Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Agathe Robles specializes mainly in aviation law, as well as in litigation, international arbitration and generally on various matters relating to commercial contracts.
Agathe assists air carriers in all legal matters, including their dealings with the administrative and airport co-ordination authorities (DGAC, DGCCRF, etc.), their contractual relationships with third parties, as well as the day-to-day handling of passengers’ claims brought under EU Regulation 261/2004 at both the pre-Court and Court stages.
Agathe Robles holds a postgraduate degree in International Business Law from the University of Montpellier.
She also graduated with a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in International Trade and Foreign Investment from the University of Ottawa.
