Charles-Philippe Letellier, a member of the Paris and New York bars, joined FTPA as a partner in 2021. Charles-Philippe Letellier holds a Master's degree (Sciences Po, Paris), an LL..M in Business Law (Georgetown University) and a Master's degree in Private Law (University of Paris II Panthéon Assas). He has built his expertise in business law with leading international law firms in France and in the United States.
Charles-Philippe Letellier assists his clients on domestic and cross-border matters, particularly in private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions and complex cross-border transactions.
As contributor to several prestigious legal publications, he also teaches the practical components of business law (mergers and acquisitions and venture capital) at Sciences Po Law School (Paris).
