Dear Clients, Partners and Friends,
From the beginning, we have been gearing ourselves to ensure full and strict compliance with the latest recommendations of our decision-makers at the helm of the State.
Our actions have focused on two key areas.
Protecting and caring for our people by ensuring overnight that they can all work remotely. Our IT infrastructure is already fully functional to ensure secure, efficient and timely access to all our working resources, email accounts, documentation and search tools.
Being present to assist and advise our Clients in ongoing matters and any new matters arising in the current context. Our teams and/or dedicated contacts stand ready to assist in the normal course and willing and able to act or react with the same responsiveness levels whether by email, telephone or video conferencing. Multiparty transactions can be seen through and secured with the benefit of digital signing or blockchain technology, where relevant.
As also prescribed by the Chancellerie and Bar, all connections to Court services are maintained in the usual way via secured access, with options to organise e-hearings in some cases to deal, for instance, with distressed businesses.
We take this opportunity to renew our and our team’s continuing commitment to assisting you and express our support to you, your family members, colleagues and friends in these challenging times.
