A member of the Paris Bar since 2021, Priscille Maire's practice focuses on corporate, M&A and private equity matters for French and international clients.
Before joining FTPA in 2024, Priscille worked as a lawyer in the M&A/Private Equity team of a French business law firm.
She holds a Master 2 in business law and a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise (University of Strasbourg).
