Bénédicte BOUCHARD

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, Bénédicte BOUCHARD began her career in 1986 as in-house lawyer in a high-tech industrial group, where she gained experience in contract drafting and negotiations. She later went on to practice in an international law firm based in Washington D.C. for a period of two years.

She joined the insurance department of the same group and served for seven years as Risk Manager. During this period, she gained expertise in negotiating and managing of insurance warranties and claims. She was later in charge of issues pertaining to intellectual property, real estate and labor law.

She developed expertise in matters relating to commercial and litigation contracts, including arbitration contracts.

Bénédicte Bouchard holds a Master’s degree in business law from Paris I University (1986), a Master’s certificate in law from Paris II University (1985). She graduated from Paris Institute of Political Studies (1984).
