Nicolas Arathimos is an associate in the Corporate department.
He advises French and international clients on mid- to large-cap transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, restructurings, and corporate law matters. He also supports companies with foreign direct investment projects and international expansion strategies.
Nicolas serves as a board member of the Lebanese Association for the Rights and Interests of Taxpayers (ALDIC).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, he holds an MSc from ESCP Business School (International Business Law, Finance and Management) and a Master’s degree from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
He is fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
