Judicaël Fouquet was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013.

Judicaël’s’ practice covers the major aspects of employment and labour law issues, either contentious or non contentious. He advises French and international employers on collective and individual aspects, such as drafting employment contracts for executives or assisting companies implementing their dismissal procedures, either individual or collective, and dealing with employees’ representative bodies and trade unions.

He also intervenes in the implementation of collective redundancy plans or TUPE regulations as well as working time and other sensitive matters such as profit-sharing plans and international mobility (secondment and expatriation).

Finally, he represents companies in disputes with their employees on a regular basis.

Judicaël holds a Masters 1 “Droit Social” from the Université Paris Panthéon Assas, and a Masters 2 “Juristes droit social” from the Université Paris Panthéon Sorbonne.

Prior to joining FTPA, Judicaël spent 6 years at the Employment department of two other law firms in Paris.
