FTPA assisted DiliTrust, the French leader in secure solutions for legal departments and governance bodies, in its acquisition of Hyperlex.
DiliTrust, publisher and integrator of SaaS software for legal departments, acquires Hyperlex from Elaia, Axeleo Capital, Isai, Kernel Investissements and the founders. An ergonomic and secure online contract management solution designed to structure and accelerate all corporate contractual processes, Hyperlex has already raised €5M since its creation in 2017. The acquisition of this legaltech, which is DiliTrust’s first external growth operation since Cathay Capital, Sagard NewGen and Eurazeo joined the company’s capital last May, will notably enable it to establish itself in Germany.
