FTPA is delighted to announce the appointment of Ludovic Alamargot as Counsel. This appointment is in tune with the firm’s commitment to promote its in-house talent and the growth dynamic of the Public Law team.
With a solid background in public law, including a Master’s degree and a Master II in public business law (Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV), Ludovic Alamargot has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. He began and developed his career at FTPA, working with Raphaël Crespelle, lead partner in the public law department, as well as with Bernard Cazin and Julien Marceau, also partners in the department since 2020. His practice focuses on public contracts, construction law and administrative liability, both as counsel and litigator.
Ludovic Alamargot advises a wide range of clients, including public bodies such as central administrations, public institutions, public corporations, local authorities and para-public players, as well as private companies operating in the field of public contracts, and more particularly in the construction sector.
With his pragmatic, operational approach, Ludovic Alamargot has been a key figure in many of the major cases in which FTPA’s public law department is involved.
“Ludovic, who has many talents, is an excellent lawyer and someone I look forward to working with every day. Allowing him to progress within the firm and the public law team is in line with FTPA’s desire to promote the development of its talented individuals, and demonstrates our faith in him,” says Raphaël Crespelle, partner in charge of the public law department.
“I’m delighted to be able to continue to make the most of my expertise with a firm that actively encourages enterprise and creativity within its teams, while offering the opportunity to get involved in high-profile cases. My special thanks go to Raphaël Crespelle for his ongoing support over the past ten years. I look forward to contributing further to the team’s development,” adds Ludovic Alamargot.
The Public Law team plans to pursue its growth strategy by welcoming Marie Guillois as an associate in the coming months.
