FTPA has advised DiliTrust, a leading European tech company, backed by Cathey, Eurazeo and Sagard, on its acquisition of PACTA, a top Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solution in Germany. This acquisition is a key part of DiliTrust’s strategy to reinforce its presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and enhance its offerings.
In 2024, DiliTrust marked a year of significant expansion, including acquiring doeLEGAL in the United States and launching new functionalities such as a Matter Management module. Continuing its growth trajectory into 2025, this acquisition allows DiliTrust to broaden its technological portfolio and bolster its footprint across Europe. The integration of PACTA’s offerings will solidify DiliTrust’s contract management services and strengthen its position in the LegalTech market.
