After working for more than twenty years in corporate legal management, Bruno Berkrouber joined FTPA in 2022 as a partner.
His practice focuses on the industrial sector, particularly in the shipbuilding and aeronautical industries. Bruno Berkrouber advises private companies based in Europe, the Middle East and the United States. With his long experience as a corporate lawyer, he has a perfect understanding of his clients' needs and provides them with agile and operational solutions throughout the strategy and development phase of the contract.
A true specialist in complex international contracts in the industrial and military fields, Bruno Berkrouber is an expert in the analysis of operational risks related to companies' contractual commitments. He also has particular expertise in the management of specific military contracts, relating to defence and goods subject to specific regulations. He is regularly involved in the management of all purchase and sales contracts, particularly for military equipment with French and foreign service providers.
Bruno Berkrouber began his career as a lawyer in several large companies such as AFP and Renault Trucks. He became General Counsel of GE Power Conversion (formerly Converteam) in 2007, and in 2016 joined the economic interest grouping of the business law firm ACD as a lawyer.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Law, a Magistère in International Business Law from the University of Nancy II, and a Master's degree in Finance and Risk Management from ESC Lille France.
