FTPA assisted the management of the Pozeo gift voucher group in the takeover of its parent company. On the occasion of the transaction, Ciclad, which had acquired a stake in the group in 2017, sold all of its shares while Société Générale Capitale Partenaires and Bpifrance (via the France Investissement Tourisme 2 fund) acquired a minority stake.
Founded in 2017, the Pozeo group offers a complete range of products and services designed to highlight the French leisure offer via the distribution of gift vouchers (Le Poz’Loisirs, Le CinéChèque, CinéCado…) and tickets (parks, shows, museums…) to works councils and companies.
