FTPA assisted the founder and CEO of Flock One, a Made in France, tailor-made luxury flock company, in its sale to Clairefontaine Rhodia, a subsidiary of the Exacompta Clairefontaine group.
Flock One, a French company based in Pas-de-Calais, specializes in tactile aspects and touches for high-end packaging, decoration and industry. The company is a leader in the high-end field of full custom flocking.
Clairefontaine Rhodia, acquired 100% of the company’s shares, a transaction that closed on February 27, 2024.
FTPA advised the founder and CEO of Flock One SA with Bruno Robin and Charles-Philippe Letellier (partners), Julien Garanger and Julie Baldinger (associates).
