A member of the Paris Bar, Wajdi Ayaida's practice focuses on business litigation (civil, commercial and white collar crime).
He assists, advises and represents our French and international clients in defending their economic and property interests, at all stages of litigation (pre-litigation, amicable proceedings, legal proceedings).
He also advises clients on the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements.
Wajdi Ayaida holds a Master's degree in Business Law from Kingston University London (UK) and a Master 2 in Business and Contract Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. Prior to joining FTPA, Wajdi worked in English and American law firms.
