Laure Calice advises French or foreign clients, mainly companies, in all areas of social law, whether for the drafting of employment contracts (writing specific clauses including variable remuneration, non-competition or confidentiality clause, package clause, etc.), for individual or collective dismissal procedures, for relations with representative staff institutions (elections , the negotiation or drafting of collective agreements and harmonization of statutes), or in the context of reorganization (whether in the context of acquisition, transfer of business, etc.), working time, or wage savings.
Laure has developed a significant experience in restructuring and subsequent harmonization of collective status.
Laure has a post-graduate diploma from the DJCE of Paris-II Pantheon-Assas and has an LLM in international law (University of California at Davis). She has been admitted to the Paris and California Bar.
Prior to joining FTPA, Laure worked in Anglo-Saxon law firms, including Hogan Lovells where she was a consultant, before setting up her practice with two other partners, specializing in social law and employer support.
