Admitted to the Barcelona Bar in 2022, Hadi El Baraghraghi's main area of practice is aviation litigation. He joined the firm in 2024 as a legal counsel.
Hadi holds a Master 2 in Business Law, Air Transport Law and Management and the CESUMACA (Certificat d'Etudes Supérieures Universitaires Management des Aéroports et des Compagnies Aériennes) from the University of Aix-Marseille. He also holds a Franco-Spanish dual degree in cooperation with the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Aix-en-Provence and the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona: Master in Business Law and Grado de Derecho, and a Master in Law from the ICAB (Il-lustre Col-legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona).
Before joining FTPA, Hadi worked as a legal counsel for a French airline.
