Grégoire Bonnefont is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A team.
He assists entrepreneurs and investors with their strategic operations, including fundraising, acquisitions, cash-outs, implementation of management packages, and governance structuring.
Trained in the Venture Capital team of an American law firm, Grégoire joined FTPA in 2024.
Grégoire completed dual training in corporate finance and business law at EM Lyon. He also holds a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law from the Institute of Business Law in Aix-en-Provence.
