Géraldine Debort specializes in labor law. As a litigator, she specializes in defending companies in all aspects of employment law for both French and non-French clients in cases against employee representative bodies, unions, employees and former employees.
An important part of her work concentrates on questions related to discrimination in the workplace, moral harassment and overtime hours.
Géraldine also provides day-to-day advice on employment contracts, dismissal procedures, working time, relations with employees’ representative institutions and unions.
Prior to joining FTPA, Géraldine practiced at Anglo-Saxon law firms, including Hogan Lovells before setting up her practice with two other partners, specializing in social law and employer support.
