Charlotte Desombre is specialized in supporting firms in difficulties through insolvency proceedings and restructuring. She mainly acts for companies within the framework of amicable and/or judicial proceedings, shareholders looking for solutions for their distressed subsidiaries and potential bidders in their takeover plans.
Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and financial engineering from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Finance Law from the University of Queensland (Australia).
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, after nearly three years of experience in a judicial administrators’ leading firm, where she worked on operational and financial restructurings in the context of amicable and/or judicial proceedings, operating in a wide range of fields.
She joined the firm in January 2023, after two years in the Restructuring team of a leading French law firm.
