A member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Amélie Cordier mainly advises on corporate, M&A and private equity matters. She advises a wide range of French and foreign clients and works in various sectors.
Amélie Cordier holds a Master 2 in European Business Law from the University of Paris XI, obtained after a Bachelor and a Master 1 at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She also holds an LLM in International Financial Law from the University of King's College London.
Prior to joining FTPA, Amélie Cordier worked for three and a half years in the M&A & Private Equity team of the French law firm Lamartine Conseil. She also worked for almost a year as an associate in the Corporate - M&A team of Norton Rose Fulbright.
