FTPA advises Ykone on its acquisition of Digital Dust

November 5 2026

FTPA Avocats advised Ykone (ONE Group) on its acquisition of Digital Dust, an independent digital agency based in Milan specialising in influencer marketing, social media, content strategy and production, and paid media.

The acquisition doubles Ykone’s presence in Italy and strengthens its position in Milan, with the ambition of developing a European centre of excellence there. Founded in 2013, Digital Dust has more than 30 employees and works with international and Italian brands in the beauty, fashion and luxury sectors, including Lancôme, L’Oréal, Cartier, Chopard, Pomellato and Ginori 1735.

Digital Dust’s founders, Federica Zucchi and Alessandra De Siena, its managing director Matteo Zucchi and the entire team are joining Ykone. Both founders are also becoming shareholders in the group. Digital Dust is expected to be rebranded as Ykone by the end of the year.

In Italy, the acquisition complements the group’s offering, which combines influencer marketing, social media, talent management, creative production, events and performance measurement.

FTPA has previously advised Ykone on several acquisitions, including the production company Mirror Mirror, two transactions in Switzerland involving Atlas and FabStudio, and the acquisition of Italia Eventi, now known as NO BORDER.

FTPA advised Ykone with a team comprising Charles-Philippe LETELLIER, partner, and Priscille Maire, associate.

Chiomenti advised on the Italian law aspects of the transaction with Benedetta Gizzi, Edoardo Canetta Rossi Palermo and Paolo Nevola.
