FTPA advised Ykone (ONE Group) on the acquisition of Italia Eventi, a Rome-based company specialising in luxury event production, now renamed NO BORDER.
Founded in the 1980s by Fulvio Valente, the company is now led by his sons, Mirko Valente, Chief Executive Officer, and Federico Valente, Creative Director. It designs and produces events for clients including Kering, LVMH, EssilorLuxottica and Campari.
The transaction marks ONE Group’s expansion into event production in Rome and strengthens its presence in Italy, where it already operates through its subsidiary New Media Agency. With the integration of NO BORDER, the group now offers luxury and premium brands an integrated range of services spanning influencer marketing, creative production and live events. It comprises ten companies and more than 450 experts across 14 countries, generating US$200 million in revenue.
