Laurence Lepinoix has sound expertise in all pre-litigation and litigation issues with respect to Business Law and Corporate Liability, particularly in the distribution and manufacturing industries.
As a partner, she co-leads the firm's general corporate litigation practice and since 2020 has been ranked by The Best Lawyers in France™ in the Product Liability Litigation category.
She has acquired rich experience and knowledge advising and defending the interests of French and foreign companies in defining and implementing their commercial strategies, securing contracts as well as acting for them in Court proceedings.
Laurence Lepinoix graduated from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University with a Master’s certificate in Business Law and a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law; she also holds a Master’s degree in External Commercial and Economic Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Laurence Lepinoix was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995.
