Johan assists his clients in the settlement of their civil and commercial disputes, as well as in handling distressed companies in the context of both prevention and insolvency proceedings.
He also defends individuals and corporate entities in general criminal law and business criminal law.
Johan Akrout holds a Master's degree and a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
