Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2016, Tristan Boucheteil is a senior associate in the public business law department of the firm. He primarily practices in general and economic public law, public contract law, and complex contractual arrangements, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Before joining FTPA in 2019, Tristan worked at a Paris-based law firm specializing in litigation.
He holds a Master’s degree (Master I) in Comparative Law with a focus on English Law (2011), and a Master’s degree (Master II) in Public Economic Law (2012), both from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He also earned an LL.M. in European Law (2013) from University College London.
Within the team, he has gained significant experience in structuring complex contractual operations, particularly in the fields of urban planning, culture, and transportation.
He also lectures in public business law at the University of Paris-Nanterre.
In 2025, Tristan Boucheteil was recognized as a "key lawyer" in Public and Administrative Law by The Legal 500 EMEA.
