Our partner Bruno Marie Robin de Malet, a fiduciary lawyer, is co-organizing the CRJ Pothier’s conference “15 YEARS OF TRUST: Assessment and Perspectives of Reform”.
In addition to his participation in the workshop on the realization of the trust alongside our partner Romain Lantourne, and his contribution on the subject of the liberality trust within the framework of the working group chaired and animated for this purpose by Professor Grimaldi, he will chair, alongside Professor Aline Cheynet de Beaupré, the round table entitled “The trust contract and its new uses”.
