Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Romain Lantourne specializes in restructuring & insolvency and French fiducie. He also acts on complex M&A litigation matters, and distressed M&A.
Romain mainly advises companies in their operating or financial restructuring, within the framework of amicable and collective proceedings, shareholders looking for solutions for their distressed subsidiaries, potential bidders in their takeover plans, as well as court-appointed administrators and receivers in the course of insolvency proceedings.
Regarding the French fiducie, he assists settlors, beneficiaries and their advisors in the structuring, implementation, and performance of fiduciary schemes for management (fiducie-gestion) and security purposes (fiducie-sûreté).

Romain is part of the teaching team of the University Diploma (DU) in French fiducie of the University of Orleans. He holds an Master’s degree in Business Law (2012) from Paris-Dauphine University and a Master’s Degree in Business and Tax Law (2011) from Paris-2 Panthéon-Assas University.
