Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Thilini Katukurunda joined the Intellectual Property Department the same year, after experiences in an industrial property counselling lawfirm and in the legal department of a modelling agency of an international group.
She mainly advises French and international Clients on intellectual property matters, in particular on copyright and audiovisual matters, both as counsel and in litigation.
She also intervenes in commercial law where she advises companies in the drafting of their contracts and assists them in the management of their pre-litigation and litigation.
Thilini Katukurunda graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas with a Master I's degree in General Private Law and a Master II's degree in Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property.
