Mayssa Sader is an associate at FTPA. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, and her experience includes all type of M&A and Private Equity transactions (venture capital, growth equity, and leveraged buyouts), with an extensive experience in LBOs and build-ups transactions.
She represents companies at every stage of development, as well as private equity and strategic clients in connection with acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and minority investments, especially in the technology, insurance and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Mayssa Sader practiced in the corporate department of Latham & Watkins in Paris.
