Admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2023, Julie Baldinger mainly advises on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and on small and mid-cap private equity transactions. She advises a wide range of French and foreign clients in various sectors.
Julie Baldinger holds a Master 2 in Business Law and a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Law and Tax Management after completing a double degree in Business Law & Management at the Université Catholique de Lille and EDHEC Business School.
Prior to joining FTPA, Julie Baldinger cwas an intern in the corporate M&A departments of French and international law firms.
