Emmanuel is a specialist in intellectual property law, with a particular expertise in patent litigation. His experience covers all aspects of patent, trademark, software, design, copyright and unfair competition law, in both advisory and litigation capacities.
Emmanuel practiced for over 15 years with law firms such as SCP Clery de la Myre Mory & Monegier du Sorbier, Linklaters LLP and d'Alverny Demont, where he created and developed the industrial property department. In 2011, he co-founded de Marcellus & Disser Avocats, a firm dedicated to intellectual property law.
Emmanuel holds the certification of specialization in intellectual property law. He is a former President of APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Professionals) and a former board member of APEB (Association of European Patent Practitioners). He currently serves on the executive committee of AAPI (Association of Lawyers Specializing in Industrial Property). Emmanuel teaches copyright and heritage protection law at the Institut Catholique de Paris and chairs the jury for the intellectual property specialization certification at the Paris Bar School (EFB).
