March 9 2026

FTPA Avocats is pleased to announce the arrival of Alice Haddak-Latour as Partner to establish and develop the firm’s Finance practice. Her appointment broadens the firm’s offering and further strengthens its ability to provide clients with integrated, tailor-made solutions.

With more than 13 years’ experience, Alice Haddak-Latour began her career at Clifford Chance within the Securitisation and Structured Finance team before joining Bredin Prat, where she spent ten years as part of the Finance team.

She advises on a wide range of financing transactions, including public and private acquisition finance, corporate finance, private placements and debt restructurings. She also has significant experience across the luxury goods, banking, investment funds, technology and oil services sectors, and regularly advises leading French and international groups (CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies), financial institutions, French and international funds, as well as family-owned businesses.

Alice is recognised in the market for her ability to handle a broad spectrum of matters, ranging from mid-cap to large-cap transactions, both investment grade and distressed situations, as well as for her expertise in complex financing structures gained within leading-tier teams.

“I was particularly drawn to the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit and the strong synergies with the Corporate, Private Equity and Restructuring teams. Joining FTPA represents an exciting opportunity for me to build and develop the Finance practice,” said Alice Haddak-Latour, Partner.

“With Alice joining the firm, we are expanding our offering, particularly in private equity, and strengthening our ability to provide clients with integrated and tailor-made solutions. Her dynamism and international perspective are real assets in supporting our clients, and we are delighted to welcome her,” added François-Xavier Beauvisage, Partner in the Private Equity team.
