Audrey Lemniaï specialises in liability litigation, industrial risks and defective products, as well as insurance and transport law. She has developed recognised expertise in the aviation sector, acting on major air accident cases in both civil and criminal matters.

She also assists clients in pre-litigation and commercial disputes, particularly in relation to contractual disputes, sudden termination of established commercial relationships and unfair competition, as well as product regulatory issues. In addition, she has developed specific expertise in evidence gathering, enforcement measures and procedural coordination in complex cross-border disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, she spent nearly ten years at DLA Piper within the Litigation & Regulatory department, where she worked on highly technical cross-border matters.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Audrey holds an LL.M. from the University of Queensland (Australia) and a Master’s degree (Master II) in European and International Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University.
