Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Louis-Henri Lentz joined FTPA in July 2023. Louis-Henri notably acts in real estate transactions (sales of buildings and shares of real estate companies), development projects and lease negotiations, for both French and international clients.
Louis-Henri also has experience in land control, development, and implementation of renewable energy projects.
Louis-Henri holds a Master 2 in Real Estate, Construction and Town Planning from the University Paris XII – UPEC and a Master 1 in notary law from the University of Paris X – Nanterre.
He previously worked for four years in the Real Estate Transactions and Financing department of Gide Loyrette Nouel, one year in the Real Estate department of LPA-CGR, and in the legal department of a leading real estate developer.
