Romain d'Innocente joined the firm as a partner in February 2023.
He is involved in all types of M&A transactions, and has developed particular expertise in the real estate sector.
Romain advises national and international players on all legal issues relating to the real estate value chain: mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestments, real estate development, restructuring, asset management, etc.
He advises a wide range of clients, including insurers, real estate companies, funds and companies in the retail and luxury goods sectors.
Before joining FTPA, Romain practiced for over 12 years with Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris and Shanghai. He is listed in the "Real Estate Law" and "Corporate Law" categories of "The Best Lawyers in France™".
Romain is a member of the Paris Bar. He is a graduate of Université Paris I-Panthéon-Sorbonne.
