We are currently hiring a paralegal/lawyer for our Corporate Law department (CDI).
As part of the Corporate team, you will work on behalf of French and international clients on a wide variety of matters, particularly in corporate law.
Role and responsibilities
- Drafting, preparing and monitoring legal documents directly linked to corporate transactions (incorporation of companies, approval of accounts, change of management body, modifications to articles of incorporation, change of corporate structure, increases and decreases in share capital, etc.)
- Maintaining legal registers and updating shareholders’ accounts
- Carrying out and monitoring formalities relating to files (Registry, Tax, etc.)
- Monitoring legal developments and preparing summaries and references for the corporate team
- Participating in the firm’s artificial intelligence project
Profile requirements
- Law degree (at least 4 years post graduate)
- At least 2 years’ professional experience, ideally in corporate law
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
