Internship – Real Estate Law

November 18 2024

We are looking for a talented and motivated intern to join our Real Estate Law team for a six-month internship under a training agreement, starting in the first semester of 2025.

About Us

Our Real Estate Law team assists clients at every stage of the real estate value creation process: development, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestments, asset management, and more.

We work with a diverse range of clients, including investment funds, insurers, listed and unlisted real estate companies, developers, family offices, portfolio management companies, fund and asset managers, and end-users. Our expertise spans all types of assets, such as office buildings, retail spaces, shopping centers, logistics facilities, hotels, residential properties, healthcare facilities, nursing homes, data centers, and student housing.

Collaboration is at the heart of our work. We regularly partner with other departments within the firm, particularly Urban Planning, Tax, and Corporate, to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions to our clients.

Your Role

  • As a fully integrated member of our team, you will actively contribute to ongoing cases. Under the supervision of our experienced lawyers, you will gain hands-on experience and be responsible for:
  • Conducting legal research and drafting memos and opinions on real estate law matters.
  • Drafting contractual documentation, including SPAs, protocols, leases, powers of attorney, corporate documentation, CPI, AMO, BEFA, and more.
  • Reviewing and auditing legal documents to support transactions and advisory services.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment committed to your professional growth.

Desired Profile

  • Educational Background: You are ideally a trainee lawyer preparing for your final internship, with a Master’s degree (Master 2) or enrolled in a top-tier institution with a dual legal curriculum.
  • Experience: Previous experience with a recognized business law firm specializing in real estate law is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English.
    • Key qualities for success in business law: rigor, autonomy, and availability.

If you are eager to immerse yourself in an intellectually stimulating environment and work on impactful real estate projects, we would be thrilled to hear from you.
