Internship or apprenticeship – Aviation law

You will be involved in handling passenger claims and other disputes, particularly in commercial and consumer law. You will take part in discussions on the strategies to be adopted in handling cases at both the litigation and pre-litigation stages.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle passenger claims from the DGAC, debt collection agencies or lawyers
  • Preparing submissions and exhibits for hearings
  • Negotiate and monitor settlements
  • Analysis of evidence provided by airlines (METARs, NOTAMs, PNR extracts, etc.)
  • Legal watch and drafting of notes on current developments in aviation law
  • Collaboration with regulatory authorities (DGAC, DGCCRF)

Candidate profile

  • Master’s degree (Master 2 or in progress)
  • First experience in a business law firm, ideally in the field of aviation law
  • Fluent in English
  • Rigorous, well-organized and strong writing skills
