The role
We are currently offering a 6-month traineeship for our Antitrust department.
The department advises a wide variety of clients, the majority of whom are CAC40 companies, on high-profile cases before the French and European competition authorities, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Particularly active in the field of antitrust litigation, the team also handles state aid (advice and litigation) and merger control. The team also acts on vertical relation cases (in particular for major retailers), restrictive antitrust practices and compliance issues.
Profile requirements
- Law student with a Master degree, and if possible you will have gained initial experience in a business law firm
- Good general legal knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English
- Autonomy, thoroughness, availability and team spirit.
