Our teams are dedicated to providing innovative legal services to their clients. Drawing on expertise across various legal fields (M&A, tax, employment, restructuring, litigation, arbitration, IP, IT, data protection, and more), they integrate advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, into their daily practice. This approach serves two purposes: enhancing the quality of services offered to FTPA’s clients and streamlining internal legal processes. Clients benefit from the efficient use of technology, which supports high-quality and tailored legal advice.

FTPA’s work is structured around three key areas: evaluating existing legal tools on the market, applying these technologies to their practice, and forming partnerships to develop new digital solutions. For example, the M&A department has significantly reduced the time required for the most time-consuming stages of due diligence by integrating AI tools. This allows clients to benefit from faster timelines and reduced costs in their transactions.

In the Technologies, Data & Cyber department, lawyers use AI platforms in their role as External Data Protection Officers, assisting with the creation of records and ensuring GDPR compliance for their clients. These tools place lawyers at the center of their clients’ compliance challenges, offering innovative and interactive solutions to track progress effectively.

FTPA is also working on a project to develop a generative AI tool in collaboration with a leading French startup. This tool aims to assist lawyers and clients by providing customized, sustainable legal services.

With over 50 years of legal expertise, FTPA applies its experience to the research and development of this new solution, reinforcing its commitment to adapting to the evolving needs of its clients.

FTPA is focused on advancing the legal profession by prioritizing efficient, high-quality services while incorporating technological solutions to meet the demands of a changing legal landscape.
