Thibault Messager is an associate in FTPA’s Corporate department.
He advises French and international clients on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Before joining FTPA as an associate in 2026, Thibault completed his final internship with the firm. He also gained a range of experience at French law firms specialised in business law and in-house legal departments of listed companies.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Thibault holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Tours.
