Lucas Tabouret focuses his corporate practice on M&A and private equity transactions.
He advises private and listed companies, investment funds, as well as founders and senior executives on their strategic transactions, on both the buy-side and the sell-side, in France and internationally.
His experience spans acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, carve-outs and restructurings, as well as LBO, growth capital and venture capital transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar, Lucas is a graduate of the Universities of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He holds an LL.M. from King's College London and completed a finance and management programme at ESCP Business School.
His background further includes several years teaching corporate law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and private equity at HEC Paris.
