Caroline DERACHE

Caroline Derache is recognized for her substantial experience in handling complex international legal matters, with a particular emphasis on aviation claims and product liability. Prior to joining HMN & Partners, where she practiced for more than thirteen years, Caroline began her career at the international law firm Baker McKenzie.

She is actively involved in professional organizations, serving on the executive committee of the French Society of Air and Space Law (SFDAS). Caroline advises a diverse range of clients, including CAC 40 companies, leading insurers, and French businesses operating abroad, notably in the United States, Canada, and the United Arab Emirates.

Caroline has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2007. She holds an LLM from the University of Chicago and a Master’s degree in Private International Law and International Trade.
