Laura Darvishi is an associate in the Corporate department.
She advises French and international clients on mid- to large-cap transactions, with a practice spanning mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.
Before joining FTPA in 2025, she practised in leading international law firms, working on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021, she holds the DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste-Conseil d’Entreprise) from the university Toulouse 1 Capitole.
Laura is fluent in French, English and Persian.
