Alexandra Ouzar is an associate in the public law department. She joined FTPA in 2025 after working for law firms specializing in the public and semi-public sectors.
Alexandra Ouzar advises on public contracts and energy law, as well as general public law in both an advisory and litigation capacity.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Alexandra holds a Master 2 in Public Contracts and Procurement from Paris-Sud University and a Master 1 in General Public Law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
