Philippine Lefebvre has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2017. She specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and private equity, as well as day-to-day corporate support.
Philippine holds a Master II in Business Law from the Faculté Libre de Droit de Lille and EDHEC Business School (2012) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Financial Law from Kingston University, London (2014).
Before joining FTPA, Philippine worked for over seven years in the insolvency, M&A and private equity teams of French law firms.
