Ludovic ALAMARGOT

Counsel

A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Ludovic Alamargot has been counsel in the Public Law department at FTPA since 2023. He primarily practices in general and economic public law, public contracts law, and complex contractual arrangements, both in advisory and litigation matters.

Ludovic holds a Master’s degree in Public Law (2008) and a Master II in Public Business Law (2009) from Université Montesquieu Bordeaux IV. He has been a lecturer in public contract law since 2014, and in administrative litigation since 2017.

He has developed extensive experience in matters related to the performance of public works contracts and advises a diverse range of clients, including public entities such as central government administrations, public institutions, state-owned enterprises, local authorities, and semi-public actors, as well as private companies involved in public contracts, particularly in the construction and public works sectors.

In 2025, Ludovic Alamargot was recognized by The Legal 500 EMEA as a key lawyer in both Construction Law and Public & Administrative Law. He is also listed in the 2025 rankings of Décideurs – Leaders League in Public Business Law.
