Member of the Paris (2013) and Ankara Bars (2003), Emma Pinar Turgut acts mainly in commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters.

She has acquired significant experience in defending the interests of foreign companies in the implementation of their strategy for setting up in France. In this context, she offers her assistance in setting up companies, negotiating commercial contracts and international mobility issues, particularly in the sales, distribution and transport sectors.

She also frequently acts on behalf of French or foreign groups in the pre-litigation and litigation management stage in the field of business and consumer law, as well as in the context of prevention, safeguard, recovery or judicial liquidation proceedings.

Her practice also covers civil enforcement proceedings in France for international groups.
She oversees the Turkey Desk within FTPA.

Emma Pinar Turgut holds a LL.M. in French and European Business Law from the University of Paris1- Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master in Private Law – European Labor Law from Ankara University.
