You will take part in discussions on the strategies to be adopted in handling cases at both the litigation and pre-litigation stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle passenger claims from the DGAC, debt collection agencies or lawyers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing submissions and exhibits for hearings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate and monitor settlements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis of evidence provided by airlines (METARs, NOTAMs, PNR extracts, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legal watch and drafting of notes on current developments in aviation law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration with regulatory authorities (DGAC, DGCCRF)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Candidate profile<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree (Master 2 or in progress)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First experience in a business law firm, ideally in the field of aviation law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rigorous, well-organized and strong writing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To apply, please contact: ssauvey@ftpa.fr<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You will be involved in handling passenger claims and other disputes, particularly in commercial and consumer law.
