FTPA Avocats has strengthened its Insurance practice with the arrival of Caroline Derache as partner<\/strong>, accompanied by associate Constance Plouchart<\/strong>. Derache will lead the firm\u2019s Insurance department and contribute to the development of its Aviation and Transport capabilities, particularly in matters involving industrial risks and liability litigation.
<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With more than 18 years of experience<\/strong>, Caroline Derache advises clients on complex and often cross-border disputes, with particular expertise in aviation losses and product liability<\/strong>. She began her career at Baker McKenzie<\/strong> before spending more than 13 years at HMN & Partners<\/strong>, where she developed her practice and was appointed partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Caroline advises a diverse client base<\/strong>, including CAC 40 groups, insurance companies and French businesses operating abroad<\/strong>, particularly in the United States, Canada and the United Arab Emirates<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside her practice, she is actively involved in professional organisations and serves on the executive committee of the French Society of Air and Space Law (SFDAS)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her arrival forms part of FTPA\u2019s expansion strategy to further structure and develop its Insurance and Transport offerings<\/strong>, working closely with the firm\u2019s existing teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
